The first step in designing a successful consumer product is establishing a basic understanding of what the product needs to be—its core function, user experience, and intended use case. We then define a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that delivers the essential features required to validate the concept with early adopters and gather meaningful feedback. Throughout this process, we consider the target market, potential user demographics, and competitive landscape to ensure the design meets both user expectations and market demand. This approach allows for faster iteration, reduced risk, and a more focused path to mass-market adoption.

3D Model
At the base level of design, our goal is to establish a clear overview of the product's intended function, core features, and operational environment. This phase focuses on understanding the customer’s needs, identifying pain points, and aligning engineering objectives with real-world use cases. Industrial design will be included for the look, feel and material selection based on the environmental use of the product. We prioritize early collaboration to define key performance requirements, user experience goals, and integration constraints—setting the foundation for a solution that is both technically sound and market-ready.

3D Model/Electrical Prototype
Developed a product using a multidisciplinary physics-based approach, integrating the modeling and simulation of mechanical and electrical systems. This ensured seamless system performance and reliability across all subsystems. The design was translated into a viable, manufacturable product through close collaboration with industrial design teams—resulting in physical prototypes that could be held, tested, and demonstrated internally. Multiple prototypes will be evaluated during this build while using the latest methods of product development. This hands-on iteration allowed the team to evaluate form, fit, function, and user experience early in the development cycle, accelerating alignment and decision-making.

Consumer Product In-Hand
Developed a product using a multidisciplinary physics-based approach, integrating the modeling and simulation of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability across all subsystems. The development process included detailed generation of a full bill of materials (BOM) and selection of appropriate manufacturing methods, including CNC machining, plastic injection molding, and custom printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication. This will include multiple forms of engineering (firmware, software, etc.). The end result is a fully functional, production-ready device, complete with integrated firmware, software, and hardware—designed not just to perform, but to be a polished, customer-ready product our company is proud to offer to the market.
